Senescence in Cancer Meeting, 03 - 04 June 2011

We are very pleased to invite you to join our international conference on the apoptosis related topic "Senescence in Cancer" held in Berlin on June 03 and 04 2011 at the historic Harnack-Haus, the conference site of the Max Planck Society, Ihnestrasse 16-20. The symposium is organized by the  Molekulares Krebsforschungszentrum (MKFZ) and the Charité Comprehensive Cancer Center (CCCC) of the Charité and has been designed to provide the participants with cutting-edge information on senescence in cancer, a research area connected to the field of apoptosis, and its potential contribution in novel anticancer therapies.

The topic "Senescence in Cancer" will be covered by internationally recognized speakers and experts. The speakers will give an introduction into the field and present their own results and their views about the current issues of the field of research. Participants are invited to actively contribute to the symposium with a poster or speech presenting own research results in front of an expert audience and recognised specialists of the field. Especially young researchers are encouraged to attend and actively participate in this meeting. Please indicate on the registration form whether you intend to submit an abstract for a poster or an oral presentation. The poster session is scheduled for the first day. Abstracts that are selected for an oral presentation will be informed early enough prior to the meeting. Here, you will find the registration form
